- 2021-2024 project: Vascular Neurosurgical Partnership Between General Hospital of Yaoundé, Cameroon 🇨🇲 and Prof. Dr. Petridis of Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf, Germany 🇩🇪 – This is a call for sponsorship for a center-to-center program that serves to improve the care of patients with vascular neurosurgery in Sub-Saharan Africa: a pilot application for Cameroon.
- 2023 update: In the past year, we have had over 50 vascular surgeries with very good outcomes!
- We want to give special thanks to the A. I. and Manet Schepps Foundation in the U.S. for their very generous donation that helped us kick-start the project and fund equipment needed for surgeries!
- We would also like to thank ARZT hilft e.V. in Germany for additional funding as well as administrative assistance!
